Welcome to ReNu Resurfacing. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, services, and communications. By visiting our site, requesting an estimate, or booking a project, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided
ReNu Resurfacing provides professional resurfacing services for tubs, showers, countertops, cabinets, vanities, and sinks. Each project includes surface preparation, coating application, and finish work as described in your written or digital estimate.
All work is completed by appointment and on-site at the customer’s property unless otherwise stated.
2. Estimates & Payments
- Estimates are free and provided in writing or electronically before work begins.
- Prices listed on our website are approximate and may vary depending on condition, surface size, and customization.
- A deposit may be required to schedule your project. Remaining balances are due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Payment methods accepted: cash, major credit cards, or other approved forms of payment.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Customers may reschedule up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a service fee to cover travel and preparation costs.
- Projects canceled after work has begun are subject to payment for completed labor and materials.
4. Warranty & Limitations
All resurfacing services come with a standard 5-year warranty, covering adhesion and peeling under normal residential use.
- Warranty may vary depending on package level (2-year, 5-year, or 6-year Premium).
- Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, cleaning with abrasive materials, or water leaks caused by plumbing issues.
To make a warranty claim, customers must provide proof of service and photos of the affected area.
5. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure the best results, customers agree to:
- Provide safe and clear access to the work area.
- Avoid using resurfaced areas during the recommended 24-hour curing time.
- Follow all aftercare instructions provided by ReNu Resurfacing.
Failure to follow aftercare guidelines may void the warranty.
6. Refunds
Due to the custom and on-site nature of our work, refunds are not available once a project is completed.
However, we will make every reasonable effort to correct or repair any issues covered under warranty.
7. Limitation of Liability
ReNu Resurfacing is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, property damage, or costs arising from delayed completion.
Our liability shall never exceed the total amount paid for the specific service rendered.
8. Website Use
By accessing www.renuresurfacing.com, you agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or use automated systems to collect data. All content, including text, images, and graphics, is the property of ReNu Resurfacing and may not be reproduced without permission.
